What is Shamanism?
Shamanism is widely regarded as one of the world's oldest spiritual practices, with archaeological evidence suggesting shamanic traditions may date back tens of thousands of years.
What is a Shaman?
The word shaman (specifically as šamán or saman) originates from the Tungistic Evenki language of Siberia "One who sees in the dark" / "Healer" / "One who knows" and is commonly used to describe a practitioner who works with the spirit world for guidance, healing, and balance.
Traditionally, a shaman is a bridge between the seen and unseen worlds. Rooted in ancient wisdom, a shaman is a guide who travels within the spirit realm to bring back insight, healing, and balance.
What is Shamanic Healing?
Shamanic healing is a holistic practice inspired by ancient traditions. Guided by the rhythm of the drum, often called the spirit horse, or rattle, I journey into non-ordinary reality to seek guidance, healing, and wisdom from my helping spirits. The insights received are offered to support healing, restore balance, and deepen your connection with yourself.
What shamanic healing approaches do you offer?
Ancestral healing, Empowerment, Extraction medicine, Past lives healing, Psychopomp work (also called Shamanic soul transition work), Soul regeneration, Soul retrieval, House/Land/Space clearing.

What does the session look like?
We begin with a conversation about what brings you here and what you would like to explore. I then enter a shamanic journey, guided by the rhythm of the drum, to connect with my helping spirits and receive guidance on the most supportive approach for you. While I journey, you can relax and rest comfortably with your eyes open or closed.
I share the guidance received, discuss the suggested shamanic healing approach, and answer any questions before we begin the healing journey.
Following the healing, we take time to reflect on your experience, explore any insights, and allow space for integration and any further questions.
Do I need to believe in shamanism for it to work?
No. It's open to people of all faiths, spiritual paths, or none. You are free to interpret your experience in a way that feels meaningful to you.
How to prepare for a session?
Come with an open mind and consider what you'd like support with. Wear whatever feels comfortable, and for distance sessions, have a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.
How many sessions do I need?
It really varies by person and by intention. Some people feel a shift after one session, and others choose a short series to explore different layers of an issue. We can decide together what feels appropriate as we go.
Do you offer distance sessions?
Yes, I offer distance shamanic healing sessions. These are carried out in the same way as in-person journeys, and we arrange a time to connect remotely, with a phone or video call before and after the journey. All you need is a quiet, private space where you won't be disturbed.
